Less
I weighed in at Weight Watchers yesterday.
I now weigh forty pounds less than I did the first time I attended a meeting, right after Thanksgiving and right after I went to the doctor having dropped a big bottle of water at work.
For now, I’m stopping. The trick is going to be trying to stay here… thanks to everyone who’s sent encouragement along the way.

I think how to keep it off will depend on the understanding you’ve reached of what caused you personally to eat badly – from shopping and social habits to any deeper-seated emotional reasons, and continuing to cultivate habits to deal with these.
You’re a(needed)inspiration.
Did you like Weightwatchers? (Well, I guess you obviously did). I guess the atmosphere there is a microcosm of that of the area where the meetings are held.
And, indeed, you have been an inspiration to many of us. I’ve been keeping my eyes on the scale, nudging my weight down as well with less food and more exercise.
